We are saddened to hear of the passing of Barnstable Town Councilor Felicia Penn. A lifelong resident of Hyannis, Felicia lived a life filled with achievement and service. In business, government and politics Felicia strove for her vision of what Cape Cod can be. The Barnstable Democratic Town Committee extends our condolences to Felicia's family and friends.

Our goal is to reach out to all 7800 registered democrats in the town of Barnstable before the mid-terms to hear what issues are the most important to them and encourage them to vote a Democratic ticket in November. Its a great way to exercise and get to know your neighbors!
