We are saddened to hear of the passing of Barnstable Town Councilor Felicia Penn. A lifelong resident of Hyannis, Felicia lived a life filled with achievement and service. In business, government and politics Felicia strove for her vision of what Cape Cod can be. The Barnstable Democratic Town Committee extends our condolences to Felicia's family and friends.

There will be a stand out at The Landing at Hyannis (formerly K-Mart Plaza) in protest of the dismantling of USAID, RFK's attacks on vaccine access and the lack of HHS transparency.
