Per Section 1 3.B of the 2024 MassDems National Delegate Selection Plan:
Participation in Massachusetts’ delegate selection process is open to all voters who wish to participate as Democrats. In Massachusetts, any person who is a U.S. citizen; and a Massachusetts resident; and is 16 years old can register or pre-register to vote but to be eligible to participate in this process.All persons must be registered Democrats on or before 5:00 PM, February 24, 2024 to participate in this process. you must be 18 years old on or before February 24th
