Per Section 1 3.B of the 2024 MassDems National Delegate Selection Plan:
Participation in Massachusetts’ delegate selection process is open to all voters who wish to participate as Democrats. All persons must be registered Democrats on or before 5:00 PM, February 24, 2024 to participate in this process. In Massachusetts, any person who is a U.S. citizen; and a Massachusetts resident; and is 16 years old can register or pre-register to vote but you must be 18 years old on or before February 24th to be eligible to participate in this process.
DNC Delegate Caucus:
On Saturday, April 27, there will be a caucus to elect delegates from the 9th Congressional District to the Democratic National Convention. This meeting is open to all registered Democrats in the 9th CD (Congressman Keating's district). The district will elect 3 males, 3 females & 1 male alternate to the convention. Any & All interested Democrat's needed to submit paperwork to Mass Dems by 3/29 in order to be considered as a delegate.
